We ship to customers in the following countries:

- New Zealand
Orders with shipping addresses outside of these destinations cannot be processed at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is free on all orders to eligible destinations, with no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Because all items are custom made-to-order, your purchase goes through two stages before delivery:
- Estimated fulfilment time: 2-5 business days to print, package, and quality-check your items.
- Estimated delivery time (after fulfillment): 3-20 days depending on destination.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a tracking confirmation email with an option follow your shipment. Tracking numbers can take up to 24-48 hours to display active data.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
Some orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or VAT assessed by your destination country's government. These extra charges are determined by local authorities and are solely the buyer's responsibility upon delivery.
Address Modifications
Please verify your delivery address before placing your order. Because our automated system routes orders to production quickly, we cannot guarantee address modifications or cancellations once an order has been submitted.
